This is not your typical barre class. It’s heated. As in, a hot room for you to get that additional detox from the amount of sweat and toxins escaping your body as you navigate through this challenging workout that will aid you in lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Enjoy these movement classes in both Hillcrest and Pacific Beach locations.

Barry’s Bootcamp

Located in Hillcrest, Barry’s Bootcamp has been dubbed the “Best Workout in the World” with hill climbs, sprints, and dynamic mode (self-propelled treadmill). Test your limits and master your mind with these challenging exercises that incorporate strength training and cardio intervals. Your entire body will get worked and be sore the next day guaranteed.

Renegade Fitcamp

This cardio, music-blasting, endorphin rushing classes are intense and will make you feel you have fully utilized your workout time for the day. They have locations in both Hillcrest and Point Loma.

24 Hour Fitness

It has locations in Downtown, Pacific Beach, and Hillcrest. This is a reliable chain that offers varying classes and amenities for the classic gym rat. You can also try any of their gyms for free with a 3-day trial membership pass.

F45 Training

get a warm hello from an Aussie who is about to make you sweat like crazy in a high-intensity circuit workout. With 8 locations and more on the way, plus plenty of coaches and TVs to follow the workout, you have no excuse to run in for a 45 min sweat. With this friendly staff, you almost won’t be angry when they whip you into shape. Almost.
