To start off the list, we recommend hitting up SoCal Taco Fest on August 17th at Waterfront Park in San Diego. San Diego is home to some incredible creations, from simple, grilled fish tacos to savory carnitas tacos. The infusion of Mexican culture on the California coast makes San Diego a hub for amazing tacos. The SoCal Taco Fest is an opportunity to try all sorts of different local flavors for a modest price. General admission tickets are $49 and grant you access to an afternoon’s worth of eating more. More than 25 taco shops will be on hand, and there will also be beverages for sale and live music to make for an amazing afternoon.
While it’s not fully focused on food, Eric Andre is coming to San Diego on June 28th. This is a great opportunity to see an iconic comedian for a reasonable price! Tickets start at $49.50. Eric Andre is known for his sketch comedy and work on major television programs like Adult Swim. Food and beverages will be for sale, and there will also be a happy hour with discounted drinks and bites. Come by and enjoy some great food before settling in for a memorable night of laughs!
Calling all wine lovers! Circle SommCon Expo on your calendar. This wine-focused event will be held in October in San Diego. It is not only a chance to sip wine from producers all across the globe, but also to network and get involved in discussions on the wine and the beverage industry. This event will happen October 5th-7th. Various ticket options are available for attending the conference, including attendance to keynote speakers and lunch tastings.
Are you an OJ and Champagne type of drinker? Check out Mimosa Fest on June 29th! This all-access day party is a great way to kick off your day. Held in Pacific Beach, Mimosa Fest is a unique way to eat and drink your way through town. Brunch bites will be provided, plus plenty of mimosa pairings.
