That’s great because the prices of tickets have dropped significantly to record low prices. So purchasing tickets to some of your favorite places is now more affordable than ever. Of course, there are stipulations and precautions to take prior to the departure and during the plane ride. However, actually purchasing the tickets is pretty easy and headache-free.
Apps like Hopper, Skyscanner, and Expedia are examples of platforms you can use to explore flights for super cheap prices. They are also easy to easy check out multiple airlines at once.
Frontier Airlines is great to use if you are going somewhere for a short period of time and don’t have a lot of luggage. With them you are kind of paying for everything separately; so the price of the ticket only covers the ticket itself. If you only have a personal item and don’t care what seat you’re in, you can fly to places for super cheap. Pennies on the dollar.
If you want a more all-inclusive package, I suggest using American Airlines. They allow one personal item and one carry-on and have competitive prices of $30-$40 for a checked bag. They have great customer service and more spacious planes for longer flights.

For American travelers, all domestic travel is possible but some states have restrictions and conditions regarding test results and quarantining. There are some places that are close, but still give you the vacation and international vibes like Mexico and Puerto Rico. Both locations are available to U.S. travelers WITH negative COVID tests or the promise to take one in 72 hours.
Other countries far off are a lot more strict and different stories. Fan favorites like Bali, Thailand, Europe, and so on are all taking the virus very seriously and have strict guidelines and rules that accompany entry to their locations including travel insurance, NEGATIVE COVID results, and quarantining; so you may want to put your international travel to these far off places on hold for now.

Finally, let’s talk about the actual process once you select your flight and prep for your travel.
All airlines are taking extreme precautions with preventing the spread of the coronavirus. Masks/Facial covers are required to be worn at all times in the airports and for the duration of the flights.
Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed strategically and evenly throughout the entire airport so that passengers always have the opportunity to ensure that their hands are clean and free of potential germs.
Each plane is thoroughly cleaned after each flight, down to every seat and armrest. I can personally attest to the care I have seen demonstrated by the staff of the airplanes.
