How The Nomad Club Works
When you join the Nomad Club, you are joining more than just a regular club. You are joining a global community of world travelers who share a passion for visiting beautiful destinations and experiencing local culture.
The way to Nomad Club works is easy. You pay a monthly rate (more months = cheaper) and you can stay at any ITH location you want throughout while your pass is valid. You can only stay 14 nights per month at each location.

How do premium locations work?
Premium locations are available to stay at for Nomad Club Members. In addition to the Monthly prepaid ticket, you will be responsible to pay a discounted rate of 80% off the standard nightly rate when you arrive.
How many nights is a row can I stay at one ITH location?
You can stay up to 14 nights per month at each location. The Coyote Ranch in Joshua Tree does have a minimum stay for 30 nights.
How do I book my stays?
Once you are in the Nomad Club, you will be given a promo code to book your stays directly on the ITH website.
What rooms are included in the Nomad Club?
The Nomad Club is designer for travelers looking to save money and explore! We offer a variety of dorm room options at each location.
Private rooms are available at a discount rate if you would like to upgrade to a private room. Upgrades will be paid directly to the property at check-in.
How do I get around to the different ITH locations?
Flexibility is the purpose of a Nomad. We leave the travel options up to you based on your timeline and budget. We recommend using planes, Flix Bus, Amtrak, or Greyhound Bus as the best option for travel.
We do offer a hostel shuttle service between locations. Please contact the location directly to see the latest hostel bus schedule.
Can I stay the last 14 nights at one location, leave for a night, and then come back for 14 nights the next month?
No. As a Nomad, we want to encourage you to keep exploring. If you have stayed 14 nights at one location, you must wait at least 14 days to return to the same location.
If I upgrade to a Private Room, can I bring guests to the room?
The Nomad Club is designed to accommodate 1 person. If you add an additional Nomad Club Member to your room, you will be charged an additional 20% of the current nightly rate. The additional Nomad Club Member can share your private room and enjoy all the facilities. Nomad Club Members staying in private rooms can invite visitors to stay with them up to 7 nights per month.
Please note: The number of occupants can not exceed the room types’ occupancy limitation as shown on the booking page. All private rooms at ITH can only accommodate up to 2 guests.
How much storage space do you have?
We do have limited storage space. You are welcome to bring up to 2 suitcases or bags with you.
Do you offer long-term luggage storage?
Every ITH provides free luggage storage on the day of your check out. Additional luggage storage is available for $5 per day.
What is offered with in your communal kitchen?
We love cooking and know how comfortable it is to cook your own food on the road. We keep our kitchen fully stocked with the essential cooking equipment to make your own meals.
How is your CoLiving different from the Nomad Club?
Our Coliving rooms are available at limited locations. Coliving is a month-to-month option for travelers at one location.
Nomad Club Members are welcome to stay at all ITH locations. Nomad Club Members must use their nights up to 6 months after their first booking date.
Does my Nomad Club nights purchase expire?
Your Nomad Club nights expire 6 months after your first booking date. You will need to redeem all of your Nomad Club nights before this time, or your nights will expire.
Do I have to move locations when after I start my Nomad Club travels??
The Nomad Club is designed to allow you to easily live in multiple destinations inside one community, however, this is not a requirement. You can stay in one destination throughout the entire duration of your travels.
Is there a minimum amount of days that I must stay at one location?
No. You are welcome to book 1 night if that works best for you.

What is the Wifi speeds at your locations?
We know how important good wifi is. We prioritize providing you with the fastest wifi we can find for each destination. WiFi speeds do vary depending on the destination as well as the local infrastructure. The average WiFi speed for ITH United States is 30 MB and ITH Mexico is 20 MB.
Are the Coworking areas open 24 hours?
Yes, you are welcome to use our facilities 24 hours a day if you are a registered guests. We do close some areas in the evenings for general cleaning.
Modifications & Cancellations
I need to modify my booking, will I be charged?
If you want to modify a reservation, please contact the property directly to change your reservation.
All reservations are made through our website with your personalized promo code.
After you purchase your Nomad Club Ticket, you have 1 year from the purchase date to use your ticket and start your booking.
Any modifications to your Nomad Club Ticket arising from canceled flights or medical emergencies, shall be refundable/subject to no penalty only with valid and official proof of such situations.
Who should I contact if I want to switch my destination?
Our goal is to make it simple for you to travel freely. Please contact the property directly that you wish to travel to. You can book your stays directly on the property’s website.

What is the cancellation policy for a Nomad Club Ticket?
You may cancel your Nomad Club Ticket 24 hours after the purchase date and up to 60 days prior to your first check-in date for a full refund. If you cancel within 59-30 days from the first check-in date, it will result in a penalty fee consisting of 10% of the ticket price. Any cancellations within 30 days prior to the first check-in date are nonrefundable. Cancellations arising from medical emergencies are refundable and subject to no penalty only with valid and official medical documentation proof.
You are welcome to move your reservations around free of charge once you purchase your Nomad Club Ticket.
