Is the Day Pass transferable?
Yes, the Day Pass package offers flexibility for multiple users. While the single day pass is intended for a single entry and so can only be used by one person, the Day Pass package allows admission for multiple individuals as long as each person entering the hostel counts as an entry. This means that the Day Passes are not strictly tied to the person who purchased them, making them shareable among friends or family members. Enjoy the convenience of exploring and experiencing our hostel facilities together with your loved ones with the convenience of our Day Pass package.
What is the cancellation policy for the Day Pass?
The single Day Pass and the Day Pass package are non-refundable.
Is breakfast included with the Day Pass?
Yes, it is. Remember that breakfast will be available from about 8am to 10am depending on the location
What time is my Day Pass valid?
Day Passes are valid from 8 AM to 8 PM
Do I get a room to sleep for the night with the Day Pass?
No, But you can you use the cost of your Day Pass as a credit towards the nightly rate.
Can I bring my pets to the Hostel with the Day Pass?
No. Pets are only allowed at ITH Big Bear Lake Hostel.
