To complete this rental application, please be prepared to provide two years of residential history and contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income. CoLive Communities require the applicant’s combined gross income to be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
All applicants are required to pay the $25 application fee. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
Residents must be at least 18 years old to apply at ITH Co-Live.
